Returns
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of everything we carry. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at hello@teagoodtea.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide written authorization and return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 30 days of receiving our approval, using a trackable carrier.
- Include a copy of your original receipt and a brief description of the issue.
Returns that do not include the required documentation, or that are received outside the return window, cannot be processed.
Can I return tea if I don't like the flavor?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on loose-leaf or bulk tea based on personal taste preference, or once the original heat-sealed packaging has been opened. Tea is a sensory product, and flavor is subjective.
If you are trying a tea for the first time, we strongly recommend starting with a smaller quantity before committing to a larger purchase. This way you can explore at your own pace with minimal risk.
Can I return teaware or other products?
Teaware and other non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
What if my order was lost or arrived damaged?
If your package appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and TEAGOODTEA gift cards. We do not accept checks. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.
