How are orders processed?
All US domestic orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS. Once your order leaves our fulfillment location, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note: orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Tuesday depending on carrier pickup schedules.
Shipping rates (US domestic)
- Orders under $20 — $6.95
- Orders $20–$49 — $7.95
- Orders over $49 — Free
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied. Gift card purchases do not count toward the $49 free shipping minimum.
How long will delivery take?
Most US domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. TEAGOODTEA ships from China and serves customers worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
