We live in an age flooded with AI-generated content.
Open any social media feed, news website, or even your personal messages—everywhere you look, there's content created by AI. Texts, images, videos—polished, efficient, indistinguishable from human creation. Everyone talks about using AI to make more money, to scale faster, to accelerate their path to wealth.
The whole world seems to be seeking outward.
Beyond Illusion
There's a line in the Heart Sutra that says: "Free from delusion, ultimately nirvana."
It means to see through appearances, to return to essence, to not be deceived by the surface.
In this age where AI can generate everything, I often wonder: what is real? What can AI never replace?
The answer might be simple: this present moment, and your authentic experience of it.
In Buddhist philosophy, there are the six senses and their objects—sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and thought. These sensory experiences, the direct contact between consciousness and reality, represent our most primal and authentic human experience.
AI can generate text, images, even music. But it can never:
- Feel the tea sliding across your tongue in that single moment
- Experience the gradual calming of mind as steam rises from the cup
- Smell jasmine blossoms mixed with the scent of memory
- Touch the irregular warmth of a handmade ceramic teacup
The moment of drinking tea is when we truly experience the six senses. This is what AI can never replace.
A Naive Ideal
When I created TEAGOODTEA, I carried with me some naive, simple, small personal ideals.
Not to scale rapidly. Not to chase trends. But to offer an anchor of authenticity in this virtual, noisy world.
This anchor is:
- Real tea - from specific soil and climate, not industrial standardization
- A real person - I grew up in Guangxi, surrounded by jasmine flowers; this is my lived experience
- Real experience - the sensation of tea on your palate cannot be copy-pasted
- Real philosophy - from capital markets to spiritual practice, this is the path I've actually walked
In an ocean of AI content, I want to create an island of authenticity.
An Inward Rebellion
While everyone uses AI to seek "more and faster" externally, I want to do the opposite:
I invite you to slow down and look inward.
This isn't escapism or passive withdrawal. It's a deeper form of awakening—
Wealth can be amplified by AI, but happiness cannot.
Efficiency can be optimized, but the texture of life cannot.
Content can be generated, but authentic experience cannot.
Drinking tea is a process of returning inward.
In those few minutes, you don't need to think about KPIs, optimize conversion rates, or chase anything. You only need to:
- Feel the water temperature
- Smell the tea fragrance
- Taste the flavor
- Notice what your body feels in this moment
This is the meaning of "Good Tea, moment of quiet"—not escaping the world, but finding a real, quiet moment within the noise.

An Invitation
Imagine this scene:
Everyone is sprinting forward with AI tools, chasing efficiency, scale, wealth—and I've set up a tea table by the side of the road, saying:
"Would you like to sit down and have a cup of tea?"
This is what TEAGOODTEA aspires to do.
We don't chase being the biggest tea brand or the fastest growth curve. We simply want to:
In this age where AI can generate everything, write something real by hand.
Brew real tea. Speak real words. Record real feelings.
If you also feel weary, if you're also searching for what is authentic—
Perhaps, sit down and have a cup of tea.
