What's in the cup
Anxi Tieguanyin (安溪铁观音) from the original producing county in Fujian. This is the fresh green style -- minimal oxidation, lightly processed, preserving the natural orchid fragrance that made Tieguanyin famous. The liquor is pale yellow-green and clear. The fragrance arrives before the sip. What follows is clean, sweet, and mountain-fresh.
No bitterness. No heaviness. The kind of oolong that non-tea-drinkers reach for a second cup of without quite knowing why.

How to brew
Water temperature: 185--195°F (85--90°C)
Vessel: gaiwan or glass, 5--6g per 150ml
First steep: 30--45 seconds. Add 10--15 seconds each round.
Also works well Western-style: 3g per 400ml, 2 minutes. The orchid fragrance comes through either way.

Every order is sourced fresh from its origin region after you buy, then packed and shipped by air. Please allow about 2 weeks for delivery anywhere in the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your tea is on its way.
Return policy
Returns & Freshness
For food safety, opened tea cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping paid by the customer). If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, no return needed.
